Key Responsibilities Include
- Assist in setting up marketing campaigns to ensure everything runs on schedule and without a hitch.
- Update and maintain marketing databases meticulously, keeping all client and campaign data current and correct.
- Handle prospective client and client communications efficiently, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed swiftly and with a professional touch.
- Keep marketing materials and assets neatly organized and ready for any requirement, ensuring they are always at hand when needed.
- Support the organization and execution of marketing initiatives
- Maintain digital marketing files and creative assets in perfect order, ensuring easy access and systematic organization
- Assist the marketing team by preparing and organizing data for reports, ensuring all information is accurately compiled and readily available for analysis and decision-making.
- Provide crucial support to the marketing team, aiding in execution across projects and other operational tasks (emails, social media, direct mail, calls, inbox management, etc.)
Our requirements are pretty straightforward. To qualify you must:
- At least one year of experience in marketing support, assisting in the setup and execution of campaigns is a plus.
- Have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in managing data, communications, and materials.
- Possess strong communication skills to efficiently handle inquiries and maintain professional client relationships.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills in managing marketing materials and digital files.
- Capable of providing crucial support across various marketing tasks including emails, social media, direct mail, and calls.
- Show flexibility and effectiveness in managing multiple tasks in dynamic environments.
- Work effectively within a team to support broader marketing initiatives.
- Have strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets, especially in creating formulas and managing tables.
- Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Sheets, CVent, Bizzabo, Front, Slack, and Gsuite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) is preferred.
