SWBC is seeking a talented individual to play a crucial role in supporting the marketing and sales teams. This position requires a dynamic individual who is enthusiastic about customer service, has strong organizational skills, and possesses an interest in the mortgage industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, a knack for event planning, and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with our sales team.

Essential Duties Include The Following

  • Responds to marketing inquiries and requests via phone, email, and project management system (Workfront) in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinates requests and gather detailed information about marketing requests from field to set up projects in Workfront for the marketing team.
  • Assists Loan Officers with questions related to how to make marketing requests or locate existing assets.
  • Maintains accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
  • Assists in the planning, organization, and execution of internal sales events, webinars, and workshops.
  • Collaborates with the sales and marketing teams to develop processes and drive internal sales / training sessions.
  • Coordinates logistics, including hosting and monitoring meetings and webinars as needed.
  • Monitors event registration, attendance, and gather feedback for future improvement.
  • Assists in the coordination of marketing project set up and Workfront communication.
  • Supports marketing efforts by organizing requests and managing asset locations.
  • Coordinates Loan Officer requests as needed.
  • Works closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide marketing support around custom requests and questions.
  • Coordinates with internal sales team for in-person and digital events/trainings.
  • Provides regular updates to the marketing manager on ongoing projects and customer feedback.

Serious Candidates Will Possess The Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a marketing or customer service role, preferably within the financial services or mortgage industry.
  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Customer-centric attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
