Job Summary

Koch Finishing Systems is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and increase market share. The ideal candidate will oversee the development of engaging marketing materials, manage digital campaigns, and coordinate key marketing initiatives across various channels and events.


Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and market share.


Ensure adherence to Koch Finishing Systems’ brand guidelines, regularly auditing marketing materials for alignment with the company’s brand voice, visual identity, and messaging standards.

  • Oversee the creation of content for blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels like social media, email, and search engines.
  • Utilize platforms like Canva, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator to design advertisements for publications, buyer’s guides, and other outlets, ensuring all materials align with Koch Finishing Systems’ brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate marketing activities for trade shows, conferences, and events, ensuring that deadlines for marketing materials, conference registrations, hotel reservations, and exhibit logistics are met.
  • Serve as the point of contact with event management and vendors to facilitate the shipment, setup, and breakdown of exhibits, banners, and utilities.
  • Organize meetings, including making hotel reservations, ordering meals, and setting up hospitality stations.
  • Assist the President and Executive Management with board reports, business plans, and special projects.
  • Maintain well-organized workspaces and ensure that departmental files, charts, databases, and literature are updated and properly stocked.
  • Collaborate with sales, estimating, and engineering teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Update sales proposal templates and marketing literature, ensuring materials are up to date and visually compelling.
  • Regularly update and maintain the email database, consolidating information from various sources for accurate and effective communication with target audiences.
  • Maintain sales department documents and forms on the internal network, ensuring regular updates and distribution.
  • Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and brand management.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and analyzing campaign performance data.
