Here’s what you’ll do:
Market Intelligence and Competitive Benchmarking:
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, market opportunities, and potential threats
- Develop and maintain competitive benchmarking reports to track competitor offerings, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
- Use market insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies
Voice of Customer:
- Implement processes to continuously gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and other channels
- Develop customer personas and journey maps to understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences
- Leverage customer insights to refine product messaging, improve customer engagement, and drive product innovation
Customer Value-prop & Outcomes Metrics:
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, retention, and success
- Analyze customer success data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Use customer success metrics to develop targeted marketing campaigns and content that address customer needs and drive value
Product Positioning, Messaging, and Brand Strategy:
- Develop and refine product positioning and messaging tailored to various ICPs, including specific industries, market segments, and personas
- Create targeted value propositions and messaging frameworks for different geographic regions and market segments
- Ensure consistency and compelling messaging across different channels and platforms, including digital, print, and in-person events
- Drive the development and execution of a cohesive brand strategy that aligns with Microblink’s overall mission and values
- Architect and manage the brand framework to ensure coherence across product lines and marketing initiative
Geographic and Channel Strategy:
- Customize marketing strategies and positioning for different geographic regions, taking into account local market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and cultural nuances
- Identify and prioritize effective customer acquisition channels for each region and market segment, including digital marketing, partnerships, events, and direct sales
- Collaborate with regional Sales and GTM team members to implement localized marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive engagement and conversion
Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring alignment with targeted segments and geographies
- Create comprehensive launch plans that include market research, competitive analysis, and tailored marketing tactics for each target segment
Demand Generation and Sales Enablement:
- Design and execute demand generation campaigns to drive lead acquisition and conversion
- Work with the Growth Marketing team to create content marketing strategies that support demand generation and enhance brand visibility
- Equip the Sales team with relevant tools, training, and resources to effectively engage with different personas and segments
- Create sales collateral, such as datasheets, case studies, and presentations, tailored to specific customer profiles and acquisition channels
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives across various segments, regions, and channels
- Provide regular reports and actionable insights to measure effectiveness and optimize future strategies
You’ll be successful in this role if you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing within a B2B SaaS environment
- Demonstrated expertise in market segmentation, persona development, geographic and channel-specific strategies, brand strategy, and brand architecture
- Proven ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and use customer insights to drive product positioning and marketing strategies
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience in creating targeted content and messaging for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools

- This full-time position offers a base salary ranging from $150,000 to $170,000 in the US market. In the EMEA region, the salary range will be set according to the specific location. Adjustments to the final compensation may be made based on additional industry experience, seniority, domain expertise, or specialized skills.
