We are seeking a results-driven Marketing director to extend REE’s presence in the industry. This fully remote role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.
What You Will Do At REE
- producing product marketing assets in UK and US to communicate such via various channels throughout the customer journey and product value proposition, including budget management
- lead and manage production companies, story boards, and creative deliverables (presentations, images, video productions) to emphasis the key differentiation of REE product
- Provide guidance, visual deliverables and input to REE’s social media strategy and presence
- Analyst and competitive assessments & Messaging Recommendations
- establish demand generation strategy, and evaluate product in order to advocate for customer needs and expand market share.
- Build and develop strategic collaborations with partners and third parties to enhance marketing and sales efforts
- detailed analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and investment narratives.
- Lead cross-functional Voice of the Customer (VOC) process throughout the organization to capture, probe, assess, prioritize, and address customer voices during Customer Demonstration Phases and beyond.
- Customer Experience –on boarding of Fleet spokesperson for Value Prop
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Engineering, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business/product Marketing
- Strategic thinker who is curious, resilient, goal oriented with a bias for action, and can look at the big picture to connect dots
- Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional ‘product truths’ that differentiate products in a rapidly changing landscape
- Ability to proactively and quickly learn new and emerging technologies and ability to explain key end-user scenarios to technical audiences as well as business audiences
- Curiosity to understand the nuances of the solution, identify key competitive differentiators and be able to simplify the messaging for the customers, partners, and sales teams.
