Our client, a globally recognised company with over three decades of expertise in the health and wellness sector, is seeking an accomplished Marketing Manager to join their team in Plano, Texas. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of brand marketing, integrated digital marketing, ad sales industry, and offline retail marketing.

Responsibilities
As a Marketing Manager, your role will be instrumental in steering the strategic direction of our client’s brand. You will guide a team through comprehensive marketing campaign planning and operations processes, ensuring that all activities align with the overall business objectives. Your expertise will be vital in supervising the implementation of brand experience strategy across priority channels, cooperating with cross-functional teams to translate growth objectives into actionable media campaigns. You will also oversee the production of marketing collateral, assist in the delivery of Offline Retail Marketing Manual for consistent offline marketing experiences, evaluate and report on the impact of marketing activities and campaigns, organize and execute product introductions, and examine sales data and customer insights to optimize marketing strategies.

 

  • Strategic management of end-to-end direct customer marketing
  • Guiding a team through comprehensive marketing campaign planning and operations processes

Requirements
The ideal candidate for this Marketing Manager position brings a wealth of experience in offline retail marketing and digital marketing. With over 5-7 years in the field, you have spent at least 3 years at a client or agency leading strategic planning and activation with a strong focus on retail media/e-commerce. Your previous roles have given you experience across product and brand through NPD introductions, range planning. You have managed high volumes of digital investment across a large portfolio of brands and have led the development of strategic retail media recommendations. Your ability to interpret internal and external opportunities or roadblocks will be crucial in this role, as will your experience leading and managing a team. A bachelor’s degree in marketing is preferred.

 

  • 5-7 years of experience working with offline retail marketing and digital marketing
  • +3 years at client or agency leading strategic planning and activation with a strong focus on retail media/e-commerce
  • Experience across product and brand through NPD introductions, range planning
  • Experience managing high volume of digital investment across a large portfolio of brands
