As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will report to the Head of Regional Marketing – Americas, and work closely with the regional direct sales, channel sales, Business Development and Global Service Provider teams to develop and execute local marketing plans that drive quota attainment goals for the region.
In this role as the Regional Marketing Manager, you will play an active role for the area sales and channel teams ensuring they are benefiting from global marketing programs as well as executing regional programs to ensure success.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Develop and execute an integrated regional marketing plan aimed at increasing sales and profitability within the region. The plan must align with and support the achievement of the overall regional Americas regional Marketing and Sales goals.
- Align with the regional Sales VP’s and Regional Directors to understand the market trends in the region and work with existing and customized programs that support our go-to-market strategy.
- Assist in planning and scheduling marketing campaigns, tradeshows, conferences, industry meetings, roundtables, etc. to help drive new business.
- Recommend innovative and creative marketing approaches for revenue growth; and manage and balance regional marketing spend to budget.
- Provide support and guidance to the sales team for product and solution positioning.
- Research and recommend marketing techniques and tactics based on changing business demands, while monitoring regional marketing programs regularly to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a regional primary contact to address questions and inquiries regarding market related activities; along with addressing management and stakeholder concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Communicate regional and vertical trends and requirements to management to modify overall strategy, messaging, and content.
- Identify programs or processes to enable customer success and support new business, new logo acquisition, cross-sell and upsell.
- Track program results, measuring program success, and reporting metrics via SFDC/Power BI and present to regional sales and marketing team.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing at a technology-based organization.
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce (navigation, campaign tracking and reporting; CRM Lightening and dashboards).
- Ability to monitor and report on key metrics and pivoting market plans based on results.
- Prior experience developing regional marketing plans to support account-based marketing, whitespace opportunities; with ABM and/or Intent Buying platform experience (e.g., MPR, Demandbase, Tech Target Priority Engine).
- Ability to market to a range of B2B buyers using a wide variety of offers (white papers, case studies, webcasts) and delivery mechanisms (emails, digital tech stack, and direct mail).
- Provide day-to-day execution and longer-term planning.
- Experience managing live and virtual events (tradeshows, roundtables, webinars, etc.).

Special Position Requirements
- Domestic Travel: Up to 20% of the time for internal meetings, event support.
Pay Transparency
The anticipated TTC range for this role is $80,000.00 – $164,825.00 USD Annual. The Company reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s status protected by local, state, or federal law.
