Position Overview:
The Digital Brand Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating visually engaging content that enhances the Peak Living brand across all marketing channels. This includes designing marketing materials, managing visual content for social media, and collaborating with various teams to ensure consistent and effective branding.
What You’ll Do:
- Create compelling visual content for a variety of marketing platforms, including social media, website, print materials, and email campaigns.
- Design promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, signage, and digital graphics that align with the Peak Living brand.
- Develop creative assets for digital advertising campaigns and support social media strategies with visually appealing content.
- Assist in maintaining and updating brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.
- Support onsite teams with visual content needs for community events, resident engagement, and property-specific marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design software to maintain fresh, innovative content that resonates with our audience.
- Coordinate with external vendors for print production and ensure high-quality output of all printed materials.
- Work closely with corporate and regional teams to ensure cohesive visual branding across all properties.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of graphic design experience required.
- Associate’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.
- Experience with website design platforms, particularly Wix, Yardi is preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design projects across multiple platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing designs that communicate effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Task-oriented team player with strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in property management or real estate marketing is highly preferred.
