Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to drive brand awareness, digital engagement, and demand for our solutions. You’ll work as part of a growing team in a flexible work environment where you build upon foundational skills for your marketing expertise. As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll primarily assist with digital marketing campaigns but will also create a wide variety of marketing collateral to support our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and able to manage multiple projects across collaborative teams to complete core objectives and tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
- Spend a quarter of the job supporting the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and webinars.
- Conduct industry research and analyze data to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Manage content for posting on the company’s website, blog, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product management and sales, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Produce marketing materials, such as presentations, videos, one-pagers, copywriting, and other promotional items.
- Update and maintain content libraries and other shared project management spaces.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of marketing experience specifically in the digital marketing space.
- Experience with marketing tools Google Suite, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency with WordPress and email marketing platforms such as but not limited to: MailChimp, HubSpot, MailerLite, etc.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Familiarity with other key marketing tools is a plus (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Must be local and willing to commute into our Mesa, AZ office two days a week.
