The Marketing Manager, Brand Partnerships will play a leadership role in managing and growing iHerb’s Brand Partnership Marketing efforts. This position is instrumental in developing and maintaining iHerb’s vendor relationships and will work closely with Marketing and Merchandising teams to create and execute custom marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions for iHerb’s top brands.

Job Expectations

  • Develop, strategize, and execute co-op campaigns from ideation to post-campaign analysis
  • Manage initiatives and day-to-day execution by working cross-functionally with our marketing (promotions, international, influencers, social media, operations, paid etc.) and merchandising teams
  • Improve and increase co-op initiatives, vendor-driven marketing budgets, and the overall program
  • Support the Marketing team to monitor KPIs such as website traffic, top-of-funnel conversions, ad performance, and revenue from co-op campaigns
  • Perform analysis on key business metrics to evaluate success and identify growth opportunities
  • Competitive landscape/marketing plan analysis for vendors
  • Prepare presentations for vendor meetings and executive reviews
  • Oversee and facilitate team’s deadlines, deliverables, and processes to ensure successful, on-time co-op campaign execution

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledgeable of various Marketing strategies and tactics and able to speak to the department’s capabilities
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with high efficiency and strong project management skills
  • Proven experience in negotiating with vendors and partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Strong understanding of brand development and the ability to create strategies that enhance brand presence and growth
  • Proficient in building out Google Slides presentations that are succinct, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines; and comfortable with presenting to vendors and executives
  • Strong ability to perform detailed analysis of business metrics to drive informed decision-making
  • Excelled interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable performing in a very high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading abilities
  • Self-directed and self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team and independently

Equipment Knowledge

  • High aptitude and ability to make efficient use of online productivity and communication tools, in our case with the Google Workspace suite and Asana
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferred
  • Experience with Asana or similar project management platforms

Experience Requirements
Generally requires a minimum 5-7+ years of Marketing experience, preferably in Partnership Marketing, Media Planning, Paid Media/Digital Advertising, Project Management within Marketing or similar

Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other related field or a combination of education and equivalent work experience

The anticipated pay scale for this position can be found below, however the pay range applicable to you may vary by geographic location based on where the job is located or where you work. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc. iHerb, LLC is a multi-state employer and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.
