DivaDance HQ is hiring a Franchise Marketing Manager to join our corporate team in Austin, TX!
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Driving Leads and Revenue Opportunities for New & Existing Franchise Locations
- Manage and optimize strategy and implementation of paid local social media advertising for franchise markets
- Primary knowledge holder of the Attentive CRM platform; work with Franchise Operations and the Sr. Marketing Manager to deploy campaigns, automations, and develop creative that nurtures leads and drives conversion and retention across all parts of the client life cycle
- Influencer marketing program development, creation and deployment of best practices
- Owner of Marketing Playbook and Revenue Rx Playbook to drive revenue and leads to franchises
- Manage cross-regional marketing opportunities and synergies
- Support Senior Marketing Manager and Franchise Success & Operations to deploy brandwide initiatives and Marketing Kits
- Create and project manage national marketing partnerships that drive leads and brand awareness
- Oversee Marketing & Social Media Education for New Franchise Owners
- Facilitate weekly Social Media Q&A sessions
- Develop social media training tools and resources, utilizing expertise from the Content & Social Team when needed
- Collaborate with Content & Social Team to ensure brand compliance
- Support Franchise Success and Support team with KPI analysis, specifically Ad, Lead Gen, First Visit data
- Responsive in the #marketing-support channel for franchise owner needs
Compensation
- Compensation will be a base salary + performance bonuses
- Medical Insurance (pre-tax benefit) – 50% paid by DivaDance; Dental/Vision insurance available at full cost to employee
This role is based in Austin, TX and cannot be done remotely.
