About The Role

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of content writing, multi-channel marketing, demand generation, and marketing operations. You will play a critical role in shaping our marketing strategy, executing campaigns, and driving engagement across various platforms as well as planning an executing field events and tradeshows. This person will partner closely with and report to our CEO and our upcoming Chief of Staff.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including blogs, white papers, case studies, and social media, to enhance brand awareness and thought leadership.
  • Multi-Channel Marketing: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including email, social media, webinars, and events.
  • Demand Generation: Implement strategies to generate leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize performance.
  • Marketing Operations: Oversee marketing processes, tools, and analytics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in campaign execution. Monitor and report on key performance metrics.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights, informing marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and external partners, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Work closely with vendors and tradeshows to showcase how SynapMed Global can make an impact at companies within the Life Sciences space.

What We Are Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the life sciences or healthcare industries.

Skills

  • Strong writing and editing skills with a proven ability to create compelling content.
  • Expertise in multi-channel marketing strategies and demand generation techniques.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to drive decisions.
