Schedule: M-F though availability during nights, weekends or holidays might be needed

About The Role:

Novig is looking for a Social Media Manager to join the Marketing team. The Social Media Manager will play a crucial role in creating engaging content that drives growth and engagement organically on our social media channels including but not limited to X, Discord, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. The Social Media Manager will be a self-starter and manage various phases of the content creation process, from ideation to execution. Please note, this is a hands-on role, where you are expected to create or source the majority of the content yourself.


What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute organic social media strategies that increase audience engagement and drive measurable growth across all channels
  • Craft compelling copy, ensuring alignment with the Novig brand voice
  • Produce high-quality mobile-first video content for distribution on our channels
  • Foster and manage community engagement on Discord, building strong relationships with our users and encouraging active participation
  • Schedule and publish content across various channels
  • Continuously monitor and analyze the latest social media trends to inform our content strategies
  • Track and report social media KPIs to the wider team

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years working in sports social media or content is preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of sports and sports betting a must
  • High proficiency using X, Discord, Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms
  • A passionate sports fan with a deep understanding of how to engage an audience
  • Proven ability to create engaging content and copy
  • Self-motivated with the ability to drive initiatives from end-to-end with minimal guidance
  • Experience in using a video editing software
  • Able to remain flexible and prioritize when needed
