Fred Beans Automotive Group is a family-owned business delivering outstanding automotive services. With a commitment to innovation and excellence, we are looking for a talented Automotive Digital Strategist to join our dynamic team.

The Automotive Digital Strategist will work closely with the Marketing Director, serving as a critical link between stakeholders at individual dealerships and our strategic vendor partners. The role involves monitoring and managing digital strategies across all Fred Beans Automotive Group dealerships and subsidiaries, ensuring they align with our business objectives. This includes facilitating monthly strategy calls, overseeing digital marketing activities, and proactively suggesting strategy modifications to drive results.

Hours : Hybrid Monday – Friday 9am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to plan and execute digital advertising strategies that support client objectives.
  • Demonstrate high-level dealer knowledge and judgment to represent Fred Beans and its marketing efforts in a polished, intelligent manner.
  • Monitor and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple clients.
  • Assist in the monthly management of store budgets, ensuring marketing spend is accurately accounted for month over month.
  • Actively monitor campaign delivery, providing optimization recommendations, day-to-day reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Collaborate with strategy, analytics, creative, and engagement teams to ensure cohesive digital strategies.
  • Develop digital asset requests on a campaign-to-campaign basis; evaluate opportunities for A/B testing in creative and audience segments.
  • Partner with paid media agencies to conduct in-market analysis and develop plans to pivot strategies as needed.
  • Work with leadership to develop marketing strategies, including preparing competitive analysis, leveraging analytics for campaign optimization, and communicating strategies to internal and external partners.
  • Engage confidently with clients to gather feedback and solve problems.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as directed.

Requirements

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, including consensus building and conflict resolution.
  • Google Ads and Bing certifications are highly preferred. Candidates without these certifications must achieve them upon hire.
  • Proficient in the entire Microsoft Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • High level of confidence, self-motivation, and curiosity; a leader who strives for excellence.
  • Digital savviness is essential, with strong experience and comfort working across search, display, video, OTT/CTV, and social media platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, and 3rd party analytic platforms).
  • Strong project management skills are preferred.

Education And Experience

  • An undergraduate or graduate degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred; a secondary degree in business or a similar discipline will also be strongly considered.
  • At least four years of end-to-end automotive retail experience is required.
