Job Description
A Marketing Coordinator is responsible for completing the following duties:
- Support Westmor’s branding and marketing efforts with an emphasis on the support and coordination of marketing projects and campaigns to aid in sales efforts
- Research and develop projects and campaigns that support entrance into new markets and product launch efforts
- Research advertising trends in our markets to inform campaign efforts
- Support the development and execution of social media and digital marketing plans
- Develop and create content as required for marketing projects and campaigns
- Monitor analytics to ensure the success of marketing projects and campaigns
- Oversee Westmor’s ad placement schedule including: placement planning, ad development and execution
- Assist with purchasing and inventory of branded promotional items and clothing programs, keeping a ready supply to support marketing and sales efforts
- Assist in coordination of company events and customer training events that support current sales and marketing initiatives
- Assist with the organization, maintenance and storage of marketing assets including trade show booth materials, AV equipment, graphics, tools and display products
- Assist with lead capture and sales coordination follow-up protocols
- Create marketing material/literature
- Maintain sales playbook portal
- Maintain budgets, track expenses and report on results of marketing projects, campaigns and activities
- Support day-to-day marketing operations
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- 1-2 years of marketing or advertising experience
- Strong and proven project management skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proven creativity
- Understanding of brand development
- Experience in building marketing campaigns and event planning
- General knowledge or experience in graphic design a plus
- Experience in a manufacturing-related field is preferred
