Your Next Great Adventure
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will initiate and manage effective marketing campaigns that align with business goals and support sales growth. You’ll be responsible for developing digital content, managing MLS listings (including updates, open house scheduling, and lockbox assignments), maintaining our social media presence, and ensuring consistent brand representation across various platforms.
Qualifications
Success is Built On
- BS/BA in Public Relations, Marketing Business, or Communications
- 2+ years of experience in related field
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Google Analytics, WordPress, and standard software (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage office responsibilities and adapt to new tasks.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.
