Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to lead and execute innovative marketing initiatives for our Associated Retail Operation stores, including Macey’s, Lin’s, Dick’s Market, Dan’s, and Fresh Market. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams to craft impactful marketing strategies, design and implement engaging in-store events, and ensure our brand is consistently represented both in-store and online. This position is based at the Associated Food Stores’ corporate office, with a flexible hybrid work schedule available.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Campaign Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored for our Associated Retail Operation stores.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance and media data to refine strategies and enhance results.
- Brand Management: Oversee store décor and ensure alignment with brand standards and messaging.
- Digital Collaboration: Partner with the digital marketing team to strategically execute campaigns across various online platforms.
- Event Planning: Conceptualize and organize engaging in-store events to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Additional Projects: Support other marketing initiatives and projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and creative team player who excels in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with both paid and organic social media, as well as digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (including video and photo editing applications), MS Office, Facebook advertising, and Google advertising.
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
