We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to develop content strategies, create winning content, and cultivate a scaleable, repeatable content team.
About The Role
As the Content Marketing Manager, you’ll be the 2nd hire on the Brellium marketing team, and responsible for building our inbound marketing engine to expand our lead generation, brand visibility, and ultimately, revenue. Our current online strategy focuses mostly on lead generation initiatives, including blogs, webinars, downloadable resources, case studies, and product announcements.
What You’ll Do
Content strategy and creation
- Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies tailored to healthcare clinics
- Produce high-quality, engaging content including blogs, webinars, downloadable resources, case studies, and product announcements.
- Develop innovative content formats and distribution channels to enhance audience engagement and retention.
- Ensure content aligns with lead generation initiatives, product development, and business objectives.
Team leadership and collaboration
- Cultivate a scalable and repeatable content team, providing expertise and improving results.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment of content initiatives with overall business goals.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to maximize content impact and reach.
- Uncover and produce winning stories from customers, in a case study format to drive interest and build trust with prospects.
Performance optimization and brand positioning
- Establish Brellium as the leader in creating content that sets industry standards.
- Monitor content performance metrics, focusing on channel effectiveness and audience engagement to continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Analyze sales pipeline data to optimize content strategies that directly contribute to revenue growth and ROI.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate market insights to maintain relevance and competitiveness.
What You Need
- Previous start-up experience
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful content marketing strategies, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.
- Strong copywriting skills to create compelling and engaging content.
- Expertise in utilizing data-driven insights to optimize content performance and impact revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing trends to drive organic traffic and lead generation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects with deadlines effectively.
- Passion working at a start-up and drive to establish Brellium as a thought leader in our industry.
- Leadership skills or aspirations, with a track record of building and managing a high-performing content function.
- Design skills and understanding of branding is preferred.
