The Senior Copywriter understands and embodies the brand’s evolving tone of voice, contributing to the development of clear and consistent positioning and messaging across all channels.

Responsibilities

  • Execute (and update) key messaging across all channels including site, paid social, organic social, email, direct mail, blog, SMS, app and microsite
  • Identify best practices, trends, and fresh content ideas to drive performance on key digital, organic, and paid social channels
  • Support Marketing Team in creating impactful, on-brand messaging across all brand touchpoints
  • Partner with design, marketing, medical, sales and human resources to develop and align on copy for all brand touchpoints
  • Develop and execute copy for all campaigns throughout the calendar year, including brand campaigns, product launch campaigns, brand collaborations/partnerships, and special projects
  • Proofread service and product copy across all touchpoints (Marketing/Corporate/Medical (as needed)
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent working experience in a related field
  • 8+ years as a copywriter, experience with similar scope of responsibilities
  • Experience and passion for beauty, aesthetics, and the rapidly evolving digital landscape
  • Experience writing copy in various digital channels (site, social, email, etc)
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred
  • Familiar with project management platforms like Wrike and Monday
  • Exceptional grammar and proofreading skills
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Impeccable organization and communication skills
  • Experience working with an evolving brand voice
