Role Description

drvn is seeking an innovative and analytical Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B social media management, with expertise in LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram.

 

You will use StoryChief to manage our content calendar and should be comfortable with analytics tools to measure performance against KPIs. Experience in the travel and transportation industry, as well as working with influencers, is a strong plus. This role is crucial in amplifying our brand presence, engaging with our target audience, and driving growth through strategic and data-driven social media practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a multi-platform social media strategy aligned with drvn’s business objectives and brand identity.
  • Manage and optimize content plans for LinkedIn, X, and Instagram, aiming to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms.
  • Monitor social media trends, the competitive landscape, and industry developments to refine strategies and inform content creation.

Content Creation and Management

  • Create, curate, and oversee the distribution of high-quality, engaging, and original content (including text, images, videos, infographics) across all channels.
  • Ensure consistent and strategic posting to maintain drvn’s strong online presence and foster community growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure social content aligns with broader marketing campaigns and business objectives.

Influencer Collaboration

  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with influencers and industry leaders to amplify drvn’s reach and credibility.
  • Develop and manage influencer campaigns, including negotiations, content coordination, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure influencer partnerships align with brand values and strategic goals.

Community Engagement

  • Actively engage with followers, respond to inquiries and comments, and manage online discussions to nurture relationships and increase brand loyalty.
  • Use user-generated content to boost engagement and authenticity while managing customer feedback and escalating issues as needed.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on key social media performance metrics using analytics tools to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns and overall strategy.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine content, strategy, and engagement tactics, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with KPIs.
  • Present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for growth.

Collaboration and Innovation

  • Work closely with the marketing, PR, and customer service teams to maintain cohesive messaging and strong brand representation.
  • Stay ahead of emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into the overall social media strategy.
  • Participate in broader marketing initiatives and projects to drive brand consistency and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in managing B2B social media, with a deep understanding of LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram.
  • Proficiency in using StoryChief or similar content management systems, and experience with analytics tools to measure and report on KPIs.
  • A strong background in influencer marketing, content creation, and brand engagement.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills with the ability to adapt content to different platforms.
  • Experience in the travel or luxury transportation industry is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit, capable of working cross-functionally with marketing, PR, and customer service teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
