The Director of Marketing must be dynamic and results-driven to lead the digital marketing, and growth strategies for Oral Surgery Partner’s portfolio of brands. This role will oversee media, SEO, SEM, affiliate marketing, and performance analytics to ensure efficient and scalable growth across multiple channels. Working closely in partnership with operations and referral marketing teams, you will be accountable for revenue growth targets, as well as leading growth indicators such as traffic, leads, conversion rates, and the associated ROI metrics for campaign evaluation.

Essential Functions

  • Define and implement the marketing growth strategy across all digital and performance marketing channels, including social, SEO, SEM, programmatic, affiliate marketing, and display advertising.
  • Understand the unique needs within various markets to bring a small business marketing expertise to our individually branded clinics
  • Drive revenue growth through ongoing optimization of all marketing channels, ensuring campaigns are delivering against key KPIs.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of paid media campaigns, ensuring optimal budget allocation and effective scaling across multiple platforms.
  • Develop and manage SEO and SEM strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine visibility, focusing on technical SEO, content marketing, and paid search optimization.
  • Leverage data, insights, and testing to optimize marketing performance, measure the impact of campaigns, and identify areas for improvement. Provide clear and actionable reporting to executive leadership.
  • Own the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for growth and performance marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources and a focus on ROI.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketers, fostering an environment of creativity, collaboration, and performance excellence.
  • Foster strong relationships with surgeons, team members, and the support services teams; actively address the needs of our practices by resolving concerns, responding to feedback, and understanding the financial data.
  • Possess strong business acumen. Lead the practice in attaining the operational levels that optimize productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and industry developments to stay ahead in the market.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • 7+ years’ experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing roles
  • 3+ years leadership experience, preferred.

Performance Requirements

  • Strong expertise in paid media, SEO, SEM, affiliate marketing, and programmatic advertising.
  • Proven experience in managing media budgets with a focus on driving ROI.
  • Highly analytical, with strong proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization tools.
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing funnels and optimization tactics for acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in acquisitive healthcare is a strong plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed for events and other functions.
