Join our team at Griswold as a Franchise Marketing Advisor and help our community “live assured.” We are seeking a dynamic individual to support our participating franchise offices with tailored marketing, advertising, and publicity efforts.

What we expect from you:

  • Strategize and perform local marketing assessments with participating franchise offices to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Continuously engage with participating franchise locations to:
    • Audit digital presence and implement updates and improvements as needed.
    • Assist with local video productions and publications on the appropriate channels.
    • Customize email blasts using templates.
    • Facilitate review solicitation and manage responses.
    • Develop and maintain a strong social media presence.
    • Write and distribute press releases.
    • Review ongoing content ideas and business goals.
  • Travel required for conferences, meetings, and events.

You will be successful in this role if you:

  • Have 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Experience within a franchise or multi-location business is a plus.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SOCi, GatherUp, Constant Contact).
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Are proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Are familiar with content management tools and programs.
  • Have a strong knowledge of marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Are creative, imaginative, and original.
  • Work autonomously and take initiative.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
