Strategic Marketing & Communications Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our products and services, targeting various market segments
- Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of the company’s brand portfolio
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for various channels, including eCommerce and company website, social media, email campaigns, and print materials
- Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and online advertising campaigns
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze promotional performance metrics, providing reports to senior management and making data-driven recommendations for adjustments
- eCommerce Oversight: Manage and optimize the company’s eCommerce platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving online sales growth
- eCommerce Strategy: Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to increase online visibility, traffic, and conversion rates
- Product Listings: Oversee the creation and maintenance of product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions, images, and pricing
- Customer Experience: Monitor customer feedback and reviews on eCommerce platforms, addressing issues and improving the overall online shopping experience
- Sales Analysis: Analyze eCommerce sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the fast moving consumer goods trade
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques
- Experience with eCommerce platforms and online sales strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
