About The Role

DAS42 is looking for our next Marketing Specialist, to support the sales and marketing efforts of our team. This person will play an important role within the organization and will be critical in our developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. This person will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, manage digital campaigns, plan and execute in-person events, and analyze market trends. A successful Marketing Specialist is organized and action-oriented and able to track and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


What You’ll Do

  • Support the development and execution of strategic marketing plans and efforts.
  • Manage and optimize omni-channel marketing campaigns. Help identify the right channel mix to leverage to meet our marketing goals, including SEO/SEM, paid and/or organic social media, and display advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Partner with internal resources and subject matter experts to create unique content such as blogs, articles, whitepapers, and case studies. Help turn complex information and topics into straightforward messages and interesting marketing assets.
  • Support the sales team in prospecting into target accounts, through collateral creation and compelling messaging.
  • Lead Salesforce and Pardot list management and ensure lead data is flowing properly.
  • Plan and execute activities related to DAS42’s presence at industry events, conferences and tradeshows.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4-7 years of experience across various marketing functions (i.e. content, digital, social media, events).
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Goal-driven and results-oriented, willing to ‘roll up your sleeves’.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • High quality standards and attentive to detail.
  • Experience with relevant programs and applications, including Salesforce, Pardot, Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, Google workspace, marketing automation tools, and CRM.
  • Ability to execute on digital graphic design for social media posts and other applications.

More About The Position

  • Anticipated Travel: 5% travel
  • Location Options: Fully remote position from within the United States
  • Base Salary Range: $70-90k (offered salary depends on experience and location)
