Responsibilities

The Job At-A- Glance:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role is responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote CLS campus housing facilities, increase occupancy rates, and enhance the overall visibility of Campus Life and Style proprieties. This role involves working closely with the onsite team, student affairs, and external stakeholders to develop campaigns that engage both current and prospective students.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute integrated marketing plans, including digital, print, and social media campaigns, to promote Campus Life and Style property options to students, parents, and other stakeholders.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and communications to reinforce the value of campus housing.
  • Content Creation: Manage and oversee the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional videos.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage the campus housing website, ensuring that it is up to date with accurate information, engaging content, and optimized for search engines (SEO). Create and monitor paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads) to reach target audiences.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify housing trends, preferences of students, and competitive positioning to inform marketing strategies.
  • Social Media Management: Create and manage the social media calendar for campus housing, ensuring regular and engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Event Marketing: Collaborate to promote campus housing during university events (e.g., open houses, orientation, housing fairs). Plan and execute promotional events or campaigns aimed at increasing student engagement with campus housing.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze marketing campaign results and occupancy data to assess effectiveness and ROI. Adjust marketing strategies based on data insights and feedback.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster positive relationships with current and prospective residents by managing inquiries, feedback, and online reviews related to campus housing.

Qualifications

Relevant Systems and Platforms

  • A Bachelor degree; or 2-5 years’ experience in the student/multi-family housing industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and Property Management software (Entrata).
  • Working knowledge of market rate and LIHTC programs and Fair Housing Laws and EEO Laws.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
