What Your Role Entails And How You’ll Contribute
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our team at Hallmark Cards, Inc. As an early-career marketing professional, you will play a crucial role in executing marketing campaigns and contributing to our overall marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and 1-to-1 marketing channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, media, and creative development, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing execution.
- Create and manage content for various marketing channels, such as emails, paid social and digital, direct mail, and SMS.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Basic Qualifications
The following is required to be considered for this role:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of professional work experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications

- This position is hybrid, working onsite at headquarters in Kansas City, MO on Wednesdays.
