Summary Of Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Brand Development: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across social, digital, and print channels. Champion our brand identity and build consumer awareness.
  • Content Creation & Social Media: Create and manage content calendars, oversee social media posts, and engage in online reputation management. Collaborate on photography, including drone shoots, to create compelling visuals.
  • Collaboration & Project Management: Work with internal teams, agencies, and resort partners to coordinate marketing activities including FAM tours and site visits. Spearhead the planning, development, and execution of signature resort events and engaging holiday activities that enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
  • Analytical & Budget Oversight: Analyze campaign effectiveness, manage marketing budgets, and provide reports on campaign performance.
  • Creative & Technical Skills: Utilize strong design skills with tools like InDesign, Photoshop, and WordPress. Lead in the use of new technology to support our marketing efforts, including the South Seas app.

Summary Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of marketing or public relations experience, ideally within hospitality or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proficiency in social media, CMS, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Strong copywriting, proofreading, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours for event coverage.
