The Marketing Manager will drive brand awareness, engagement, and patient growth through strategic and operational marketing initiatives. This role supports the VP of Marketing in implementing and refining brand strategies, integrating new practices, and coordinating cross-functional efforts across practices to maintain brand leadership in pediatric dentistry and orthodontics. The ideal candidate will be a creative, strategic thinker with hands-on skills in digital marketing, content creation, and vendor management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy Development
- Brand Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to implement strategic marketing plans that elevate brand awareness and foster business development
- Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research to guide marketing initiatives and support customized strategies for individual practices
- Demand Generation: Partner with marketing and operations teams to activate demand generation initiatives that align with growth objectives.
Practice Integration
- Onboarding: Lead marketing efforts for integrating new partner practices, ensuring brand consistency (practices retain their brands) and seamless communication
- Customization: Collaborate with internal teams to tailor marketing strategies for new practices based on their unique needs and goals.
Digital Marketing & Strategy
- Campaign Development: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase patient acquisition and retention, including paid search, social media, and streaming marketing.
- Website & SEO: Oversee website performance, partnering with SEO vendors to ensure best practices and optimized user experience.
- Data Analysis: Analyze campaign metrics, prepare performance reports, and communicate key findings to stakeholders.
Design & Partner Management
- Design Collaboration: Work with design agencies on digital and printed graphic needs to ensure consistent and on-brand campaigns and visuals.
- Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with external vendors for SEO, digital marketing, and design, ensuring campaigns align with brand goals.
- Service Delivery: Monitor vendor performance and ensure high-quality service.
Operational Management
- Brand Presence: Maintain national brand awareness through marketing initiatives tailored to the pediatric and orthodontic audience.
- Social Media & Content Calendar: Collaborate with community liaisons to manage a content calendar, driving brand engagement and community presence.
- Competitive & Trend Analysis: Track industry trends and audience insights to preserve brand leadership and relevance.
Engagement & Relationship Building
- Scalable Marketing Implementation: Develop scalable marketing practices that ensure ease of implementation across practices.
- Patient Engagement: Increase patient engagement and online reviews through targeted digital marketing and CRM use.
- KPI Tracking & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on marketing KPIs such as website analytics, campaign results, and patient acquisition.

- Brand Advocacy: Embody and promote beBright’s mission, vision, and guiding principles, fostering a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
- Collaboration: Work with leadership to cultivate and sustain the desired organizational culture through partnerships and site visits.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in marketing, preferably in healthcare or dental industry, with strong digital marketing skills including social media, Google Ads, SEO, and other digital marketing services.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Canva or other design tools; experience with CRM, project management, and marketing analytics platforms.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing idea while also being Detail-oriented and results-driven.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in multi-location healthcare or dental marketing.
- Familiarity with pediatric dentistry and orthodontics.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and advertising regulations.
