Role & Responsibilities
- Write copy to support B2B and B2C efforts for digital marketing (emails, websites, banner ads, video, webinars and more), print marketing (brochures, flyers, print ads, newsletters, direct mail and more) and other marketing needs
- Work closely with the design teams to create and implement the overall look and feel of marketing and communications materials
- Works with multiple departments to ensure consistency, accuracy and timeliness for each project
- Develop unique, new concepts for content that promote DialCare and its virtual care products
- Create and utilize copy templates for ongoing use in communications
- Create monthly and quarterly emails to support our clients and members
- Establish strong relationships across departments and develop an understanding of client needs, the consumer experience, marketing strategy and operational capabilities
- Stay current on telehealth trends and topics to share with the team
- Research and meet with other teams and departments to develop a better understanding of our company, products
Qualifications
- Degree in journalism, communications, advertising or other applicable field of study
- 2 -3 years of professional copywriting experience preferred
- Job-type: permanent, full-time
- Ability to utilize different tones of voice and tailor messaging to specific audiences, objectives and marketing pieces
- Business-to-business writing experience desired
- Knowledge of the healthcare benefits industry desired, but not mandatory
- Brand strategy and implementation support experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Team player who also thrives as a self-starter
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Experience using project management software a plus
- Able to juggle multiple projects while meeting demanding deadlines, producing high-quality work and projecting an enthusiastic, passionate and positive attitude
