The Work You’ll Do

As the ECommerce Marketing Manager, you will lead and execute strategic email, social media, and digital campaigns that generate new leads and enhance existing customer relationships in the region. In this role, you will act as the key connection between marketing and sales teams, collaborating with internal stakeholders such as alliances, inside sales, field sales teams, and the central demand team to drive success. Working closely with cross-functional marketing teams, you will develop and implement effective marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and increase conversion rates.

More Specifically, You Will

  • Email and Social Media Campaigns:
    • Develop and execute targeted email and social media campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive repeat purchases. Analyze performance metrics and optimize for higher engagement and conversion rates.
  • Digital Advertising and Website Management:
    • Oversee and optimize digital advertising campaigns (PPC, retargeting, native) and manage website content updates to enhance user experience. Implement and test design and functionality changes to improve customer engagement and reduce cart abandonment.
  • SEO and Analytics:
    • Conduct regular SEO audits, addressing technical and content issues to improve organic search rankings. Use tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to monitor site performance and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Customer Data and Market Insights:
    • Manage customer data to personalize marketing efforts and collaborate with Product Marketing to gain deeper insights into customer behavior. Conduct market research to inform content strategy and improve customer engagement.

What We Need From You

  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce marketing, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google AdWords with a proven track record of supporting sales teams and driving marketing programs.
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives, demonstrating success in increasing awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, manage budgets, and adapt to a fast-paced team environment.
  • Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check, including drug screen
