Where Is The Work

This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and strategic Marketing & Campaign Manager for the Residential HVAC Business Unit. This role will lead our influencer program, coordinate paid and earned media initiatives, and support campaign management across the business. The ideal candidate will excel in storytelling, effective communication, and collaboration with agencies, cross-functional Public Relations (PR) teams, and Centers of Excellence (COE) partners. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing our brand visibility and driving engagement across various platforms.


What You Will Do

  • Directly oversee influencer marketing programs, ensuring their effectiveness and alignment with PR strategies.
  • Track and analyze PR-related analytics and develop comprehensive post-campaign reports showcasing the tangible success of partnerships, influencer collaborations, campaigns, events, and other PR activities.
  • Collaborate with internal PR representatives and external agency partners to ensure cohesive and effective communication efforts across the company.
  • Support the overarching PR strategies that integrates paid and earned media to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Create, edit, and support content for paid opportunities such as bylined articles, speaking opportunities, etc.
  • Work with the Marketing Strategy Campaign Manager, RHVAC and COE partners on campaign management
  • Support the business as needed on special projects, initiatives, programs and partnerships
  • Ability to coordinate with agency partners to articulate business goals throughout the PR programs.
  • Exceptional skills in crafting and conveying compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences and articulate the goals of the Residential HVAC brands for B2C audiences.
  • Knowledge in influencer management to amplify brand presence and engagement.
  • Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and adjusting strategies to optimize results.
  • Understanding in planning, executing and optimizing marketing campaigns.
  • Desire to help build the public relations function, continuously seeking improvement in existing processes and procedures.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in communications, public relations or marketing, preferably within the HVAC or related industry.
  • Prior experience collaborating with PR agencies is preferred but not required
  • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to collaborate across a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Results-oriented and self-driven, with strong organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail, and project management skills with ability to supervise multiple projects

Compensation

  • Base Pay Range: $78,000-103,000
