As we continue to grow and provide our clients with unmatched care, we are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team, helping to manage day to day efforts, expand our brand presence, and drive new business.
This role requires a creative, organized, and strategic professional who will be responsible for both digital and traditional marketing initiatives that showcase our expertise and commitment to excellence. The Marketing Coordinator will be pivotal in helping the team generate new leads, increase brand awareness, and manage all marketing activities across multiple platforms. We are looking for someone who enjoys actively contributing to a team, building creative content, and has a passion for nature.
Responsibilities
Marketing Execution: Work closely with the leadership team and New Business Manager to execute marketing strategies that drive new business and align with company goals. You will implement tactics on social media, website, direct mail, events, and more on a day to day basis.
Marketing Calendar: Own the execution of the activities listed in our marketing calendar. Keep the calendar up to date, track progress, and work with the team to execute all planned activities.
Driving New Business: Actively contribute to efforts to expand into new markets, through targeted marketing efforts that generate leads and attract new clients.
Digital Marketing: Contribute to all aspects of digital marketing, including website optimization, email marketing, and social media campaigns. Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure maximum return on investment.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding across all channels, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets, reflecting our company’s commitment to high-end services.
Event Planning Assistance: Organize and execute marketing events alongside our leadership team, including client appreciation gatherings and industry trade shows, to strengthen client relationships and generate leads.
Creative Development: Coordinate with photographers and videographers to capture the essence of our completed projects for use in marketing materials. Visit properties to capture smart phone photography of our work and NWL staff for use in marketing materials. Copywriting for email, social, and printed materials.
Monthly Reporting: Gather data from marketing channels to outline a monthly report of all activities, showing important metrics and lead generation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, a related field, or relevant work experience in a marketing/sales role.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on high-end services.
- Foundational understanding of digital marketing platforms, SEO, social media, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to assist in execution marketing strategies that drive new business.
- Familiarity with landscape design or the luxury service industry is a plus.
- Proficiency with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Mail Chimp, Sendgrid, Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, Constant Contact, Canva, and CRM software.
