As the Analyst, Influencer Marketing you will support the team in the execution of creator, influencer and celebrity partnerships that support Hilton’s portfolio. On the Influencer Marketing team reporting to the Manager, Influencer Marketing, you will work on projects including creator identification and evaluation, campaign activation for brand and partner tentpole moments and the execution of our process across corporate, hotel, agency and partner teams. This is an opportunity to develop and expand a new, critical function for Hilton and its brands.

How You Will Make An Impact
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What Your Day-to-day Will Be Like
- You will support Hilton’s marketing and partner plans as the executional lead for all aspects of influencer activities including partner identification, feedback gathering and logistics.
- You will evaluate creators while being mindful of Hilton priorities, partner priorities and external factors (social trends, cultural moments, etc.)
- You will help manage communication across partner, talent, agency and hotels stakeholders.
- You will lead the production of influencer reports, translating performance against benchmarks into an overall narrative.
How You Will Collaborate With Others
- You will work and build relationships with internal Hilton teams such as Social, Brand Marketing, Media, Partnerships and Content to suggest ideas that can reach key audiences and develop content that leans into a creator’s style.
- You will work with our creative agencies to ensure creator strategy is considered as part of larger campaigns and with our influencer agency to execute our activation process.
- You will work with Team Members at our hotels to guide them through the process, ensure they see value and educate them on influencer marketing best practices.
What Projects You Will Take Ownership Of
- Execution of influencer and creator campaigns supporting Hilton brands and several partners.
- Help maintain tracking of all influencer content and stays via Hilton’s project management database.
WHY YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT
You Have These Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, social or digital
- Up to date on the latest influencer marketing trends – aware of who the rising creators are, content types that are resonating and the brands doing it well and why.
- Exposure to social media management, social listening, and social analytics tools (Sprinklr, Khoros, Sprout, Brandwatch, etc.)
Travel up to
- Hybrid role based in McLean, VA (generally three days in person)
It Would Be Useful If You Have
- BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
- Two (2) years of experience in influencer marketing
- Two (2) years of experience in social media management, social listening, and social analytics tools
