About The Role
As our Product Marketing Lead, you will develop product messaging and go-to-market strategy for our environmental compliance software. You’ll lead product launches, create sales enablement materials, and collaborate across teams to drive product adoption, increase win rates, and shorten sales cycles.
What You’ll Do
- Developing compelling, differentiated product messaging and positioning based on market research, customer insights, and a deep understanding of the environmental compliance space.
- Leading product launches and delivering collateral that reflects our product’s value and differentiates us from our competition.
- Collaborating across marketing, product, customer success, and sales teams to align messaging and ensure the success of cross-functional projects.
- Translating complex technical and compliance information into clear, customer-facing language that resonates with our target audience.
- Enabling the sales team with the tools they need to succeed, including product insights, competitive analysis, battle cards, and sales enablement materials.
Who We’re Looking For & Qualifications
- You’ll have an entrepreneurial mindset with experience working in a SaaS-based startup with the ability to manage ambiguity.
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or product management, ideally with an enterprise or upmarket focus.
- Experience in developing and executing pricing and packaging strategies for SaaS products, with a proven track record of optimizing revenue and aligning offerings with customer needs and market demands.
- Ability to influence senior executives and build trust and mutual respect across functions and all levels of the organization.
- Experience transitioning multiple point products to a unified platform approach, showcasing the integrated value and increasing customer adoption.
- Proven success in creating product marketing strategies that drive adoption and lead to increased win rates and shorter sales cycles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.

In the interest of full transparency, the salary for this role will be $130,000 – $170,000.
