About The Role:

As a Social Media Marketing Associate, you will be the voice of Mochi Health on social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok. You will develop and execute a social media strategy to grow our audience and build brand awareness. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating engaging content, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited about the opportunity to shape the online presence of a growing healthcare brand.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create Engaging Content: Produce high-quality, on-brand content (videos, images, reels, TikTok clips, etc.) that resonates with our audience and promotes our mission.
  • Build Community Engagement: Foster an active, engaged community by responding to comments, DMs, and fostering conversations across platforms.
  • Monitor Trends & Insights: Stay on top of the latest social media trends, viral content, and best practices for Instagram and TikTok. Leverage trending sounds, challenges, and hashtags to increase visibility.
  • Analyze & Report Performance: Regularly analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, etc.) to assess the effectiveness of your strategies and adjust accordingly.
  • Brand Representation: Ensure that all content is aligned with Mochi Health’s brand voice and messaging while maintaining a consistent, professional, and engaging tone across platforms.

Who You Are:

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, with hands-on experience growing Instagram and/or TikTok accounts from scratch to 20K+ followers.
  • A deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok platforms, their algorithms, and what drives organic engagement.
  • Creative, resourceful, and able to generate fresh ideas for content that will attract and engage followers.
  • Comfortable creating video content (Reels, TikToks, etc.) and have experience using editing tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Proficient in analyzing social media analytics to track performance and optimize content strategy.
  • A natural communicator, both in writing and on video, with an ability to authentically connect with diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.
  • A passion for healthcare, wellness, and the impact social media can have in spreading awareness of important causes.

Compensation

This role offers a base salary of $50,000 annually in addition to a generous metrics-driven bonus.
