Senior Analyst, Marketing Engineer

ICONIQ Capital is seeking a talented Marketing Engineering individual to join the Engineering team. This individual will play a key role in supporting various marketing functions, ensuring seamless integration between systems, and improving campaign performance through analytics.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the improvement and management of marketing systems to deliver high-quality results for all technical marketing efforts as well as support internal marketing processes that enhance efficiency and reduce time to delivery across the organization.
  • Manage and execute regular email marketing sends, audience segmentation, and automated journeys via Marketing Cloud.
  • Support minor website development efforts using Webflow, including landing page creation and updates for marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and social media analytics to monitor, report, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Assist in A/B testing strategies to enhance engagement and improve marketing metrics over time and ensure compliance with data privacy policies.
  • Support organizational change management efforts by helping deliver training to end users on marketing-related platforms and systems.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of applicable experience along with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketing Cloud) and web development tools such as Webflow, WordPress or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media analytics tools as well as understanding of the AI ecosystem and its applicability to the marketing space.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and automation workflows is a plus.
  • Understanding of audience segmentation and journey building in marketing platforms.
  • Exposure to development languages like R, Python, React, Javascript

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our San Francisco office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role, together with other compensation being offered such as a discretionary bonus, health insurance, and other perks. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $105,000- $120,000 together with a discretionary bonus, health insurance, paid time off, 401k participation with a company matching program, wellness stipend, personal education allowance as well as a commuter benefits program.
