About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Manager of Performance Marketing to join our growing team and play a key role in amplifying awareness and engagement for our portfolio of life-changing content and solutions for the rare and chronic communities.
Responsibilities:
- Manager and oversee a small team of paid marketing specialists.
- Develop and execute targeted pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Google, Bing, and others, aligned with our disease awareness and patient engagement goals.
- Conduct in-depth audience research to identify and engage relevant patient communities, healthcare professionals, and caregivers.
- Craft compelling ad copy and visual assets that resonate with target audiences and drive desired actions.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, optimize bids, and continuously monitor performance metrics to maximize ROI.
- Generate comprehensive and insightful monthly reports detailing campaign performance, spend analytics, and key learnings.
- Stay abreast of the latest paid advertising trends and platform updates, and recommend new strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams including client services, audience development, social, editorial and product to ensure campaign messaging aligns with overall brand voice and key performance indicators driven by our clients.
- Collaborate with design teams to ideate, test, and develop compelling ad creative across PPC platforms
What We Are Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in paid advertising, with a strong focus on PPC campaigns in the healthcare or patient advocacy space.
- Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
- Excellent understanding of PPC best practices, including audience targeting, keyword research and ad copywriting.
- Deep knowledge of campaign performance metrics and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience using marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- Passion for patient advocacy and a commitment to improving the lives of people living with rare and chronic diseases.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
