Nextant is looking for a driven Marketing Manager 4 to join our client team. The main function of this is to help support the discounting communication and logistics for our client publisher/developer ecosystem. Working with our client this role will further the discounting promotional strategy through deep knowledge of the process, the programs, and the publishers and help to execute these discounting programs through aggregation of information and strict attention to detail. This role is meant to significantly enhance the team’s ability to deliver programs at the highest level with the best content and minimize error and churn.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as process expert for discounting programs and logistics; including informing publishers on discount program timing, getting approval on discount requests, calendaring approved discounts and informing publishers on approvals, addressing publisher questions on discounting options including pre-order and launch discounts.
- Exercise acute attention to detail in moving approved partner requests into discounting calendar for processing. Awareness of business impact on this process to insure completeness and accuracy. Cut down on churn and negative revenue impact through thorough process management.
- Collaborate with publishers on lifecycle management through discounting programs. Work with discounting team on possible discount theme ideas for ID content.
- Partner with the specialized client programs to integrate discounting where applicable
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. Or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing, partner management, and logistics
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with Excel.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience of working with external clients.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with attention to detail.
- Strong organizing and project management skills to handle scores of partner requests for discounts, track approved requests and manage hard deadlines.
- Significant attention to detail in tracking publisher approvals and calendaring of discounts
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks and to handle very busy discounting programming cycles through the year especially holidays
- Ability to work with internal partner teams and align priorities including Store, 3rd Party Marketing, Game Pass, and ID Publisher Support
- Ability to work across gaming ecosystems, understand how discounting processes work and be able to communication options to client Publishers
- A high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills necessary to relate to other people at their knowledge level
- The ideal resume would contain showcasing relationship building/partnerships, revenue stream experience, and account management with external partnerships.

Pay Rate:
The annual salary range for this position is $98,000 – $107,000 in Washington State. Please note that the salary range is a general guideline. Nextant considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills, and other market and business considerations when extending an offer.
