Education

This role will support the brand and social media marketing strategy and play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, education, and business value. This role will:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing program managers, channel managers, corporate communications team members and external designers and writers to ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Support brand marketing programs and coordinate social media activity and channel management.
  • Research and develop new brand and social media content and posts, create and maintain a strategic posting calendar, and create engagement and sentiment reports.
  • Be able to work well in a team atmosphere demonstrating strong copywriting and communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and a forward-thinking mindset.
  • Provide routine updates on campaigns, content development cycles and measure campaign key performance indicators to determine content and creative performance.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Creative and Content Planning & Execution

  • Support brand marketing programs and campaigns
  • Develop and maintain editorial calendars and content roadmaps to streamline brand content production
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of brand content, including day-to-day aspects of content creation, maintenance, and governance, ensuring content remains fresh, relevant, in compliance with brand standards and within project scope.
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
  • Coordinate with digital channels, website and social media teams to create a cohesive and unified digital presence, ensuring digital content supports broader brand marketing efforts.
  • Conduct regular content audits to ensure accuracy, relevancy and consistency and produce gap analyses that identify areas of improvement, ensuring brand content consistently meets user needs and business objectives.
  • Manage project budget. Monitor project profitability, revenue, invoices, and utilization.
  • Summarize client creative needs through Workfront and distribute to appropriate agency and oversee execution
  • Manages project timing and budgets with all relevant agencies.
  • Maintain, develop, and load content to digital asset management system (DAM) in alignment with the organization’s brand guidelines.
  • Maintain all brand content documentation and for produce reports and samples for all internal and external audits, legal and compliance reviews.

Social Media Content, Creative & Channel Management

  • Assist in managing Webster’s social media business presence with all relevant clients and audiences
  • Assist in providing analytical data provided by social media listening tools to inform decisions and ensure campaign targets are met
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and communicate market changes and developments
  • Support dialogues with internal Contact Center to answer questions and engage with our target market
  • Create, curate, and manage social content including written, images, and video – primary content, syndicated content that will assist in the overall management of content calendar
  • Research audience preferences and discover current trends
  • Stay up to date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
  • Report on online engagement, reviews and feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in marketing, advertising agency, and/or internal agency or other related experience
  • Detail oriented and well organized, a clear communicator, quick study and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven success in juggling multiple projects across all mediums/channels
  • Unwavering attention to detail; proofread/view all creative prior to release
  • Team player with ability to be flexible and adaptable

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000USD to $95,000USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
