As part of our rapid growth, we’re expanding our marketing team to find a Digital Marketing Manager who will own all digital ad strategies and help drive our brand to the next level.
Job Summary
We’re looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute all aspects of our digital advertising efforts. You will be responsible for managing paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and programmatic campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital ad platforms, analytics, and performance optimization. You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our digital advertising aligns with overall marketing goals and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution:
- Develop, manage, and optimize all digital advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing, programmatic, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Create integrated ad strategies for large-scale events, product launches, and retargeting initiatives.
- Campaign Management:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.) to improve outcomes.
- Manage daily budget allocation and pacing to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Stay agile and adjust campaigns based on real-time data.
- Creative Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to create compelling ad copy, visuals, and video assets that align with target audiences.
- A/B test ad creatives and messaging to optimize performance.
- Platform Expertise:
- Manage advertising across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms.
- Ensure proper implementation of tracking pixels, UTMs, and tagging for effective measurement.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Build and deliver detailed reports and dashboards to visualize campaign performance for internal stakeholders.
- Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to the marketing team to inform broader strategy.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years managing large-scale digital advertising campaigns in an agency or in-house environment.
- Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads; experience with DSPs and programmatic platforms is a plus.
- Strong understanding of key performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA) and optimization techniques.
- Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting, and behavioral targeting.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot, etc.).
- Proven track record of scaling ad spend profitably while meeting aggressive growth KPIs.
