The Brand Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the development of marketing plans and the strategic vision of the business. In this highly collaborative role, the Brand Marketing Specialist I partners with channel owners within marketing to support relevant content aligning with promotional and campaign planning.

The position reports into our Store Support Office in Phoenix, AZ. Hybrid schedule in office Tuesday-Thursday.

Overview Of Responsibilities

  • Upholds marketing messaging pillars appropriately for channel strategies
  • Contributes to updating brand and seasonal campaign briefs to communicate and activate campaigns
  • Supports the execution of marketing programs
  • Actively participate in cross-functional team meetings
  • Maintains master marketing calendar for accurate, real-time visibility to the team
  • Schedule deadlines for planning, review, and release, tracking projects through the appropriate process
  • Fosters content collaboration among marketing channel owners
  • Proofread and edit marketing materials as needed
  • Continually optimize processes to e
  • Ensure quality, on-brand content is completed efficiently
  • Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field with 1-3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, social media marketing, digital marketing; or an acceptable combination of education and experience
  • Understanding of how to support a multichannel marketing campaign
  • Skilled at working collaboratively with multiple teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven dynamic environment
  • Incredible attention to detail and results driven with strong editing and proofreading skills
  • Ability to remain positive and flexible to manage uncertainty and change
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Show a high degree of organization and self-motivation
