Dassualt Systemes is looking for a proactive, ambitious, and high-achieving Partner Marketing Specialist to help drive partner business in the Americas with a strong balance of relationship building, program management, Go-to-Market planning and execution with partners. Close collaboration with channel sales will be critical for success. Key focus of duties will be to develop, execute, and measure partner marketing campaigns that drives and accelerates pipeline with your assigned partners., The goal is to align our marketing strategy with our corporate visions and overarching business objectives into the indirect selling channel marketing plans.

The role will be expected to drive and be accountable for partner Go-to-Market strategies and campaign plans for assigned partners by working through the definition of the plan, execution and then reporting on the plan throughout the year. And to perform well in this role you will need to think partner-focused: Possess an expert understanding of how to drive pipeline and create enablement activities with and through the partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and be accountable of Partner Co-Marketing plan definition, execution and reporting throughout the fiscal year
  • Ability to clearly translate a partner-specific value proposition into a partner marketing plan, and tailor it to fit a variety of program requirements
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and get buy-in of the partner marketing plans, the means and execution needed, looking at what Partner capacity (headcount) and capability (certification/accreditation) plan taken into account.
  • Establish Co-Marketing spend and cost to support plan objectives & KPIs based on sales contribution ratio and company yearly revenue objectives
  • Work with internal cross function marketing teams to determine appropriate mix of tactics, messaging & channels to achieve program objectives outlined in the yearly Go-To-Market partner plans
  • Bring operational support to partners to leverage efficiently the intellectual property (digital Marketing assets, subject matter experts) needed for marketing campaigns
  • Support Marketing skills extension and acquisition through a partner development & enablement plan
  • Regularly review end-to-end performance & make course corrections as necessary for optimization
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales peers in other indirect engagement models, geographies within the company

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or MS in Marketing, Sales, Business, Administration, or Communications preferred but will consider equivalent work experience
  • 3-7 years of experience in channel partner management
  • Superior time-management and organizational skills.
  • Experience of a similar role, B2B sales cycle planning from within a complex software technology environment is a plus
  • Proficient knowledge of tools like MS Project, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio and analytics tools

Compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $86,000-102,000 representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
