Greenhouse, the in-house creative agency at Huntington, is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager. We’re the creative engine behind Huntington’s brand, producing everything from national advertising campaigns to local brand activations.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Concept and ideate original creative concepts for marketing tactics and brand campaigns.
  • Develop creative assets, from concept through execution, that delivers on the creative brief.
  • Primarily focus on the consumer banking division, and acquiring new customers, but also contribute to a variety of creative projects across audiences and channels.
  • Lead creative concept presentations, articulate rationale behind creative choices, and collect and incorporate feedback
  • Steward a large, multifaceted, and well-articulated brand and assist with growing and further developing the brand voice, tone, and core messages.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with designers, videographers, animators, and writers within a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • Responsible for analyzing the brand’s performance over time, via market research.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 8+ years’ experience with demonstrated growth and advancement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of project management and office software
  • Experience working within both agile and waterfall environments a plus
  • A high creative bar, superb creative instincts, and the ability to quickly and consistently deliver work products
  • Impeccable time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate with professionals of all levels
  • An understanding of emerging trends and best practices for digital and traditional marketing
  • Effective collaboration skills and the ability to thrive through change
  • Experience with creating, applying, and maintaining brands
