In this role as Marketing Coordinator, you will work with a cross-functional team to plan and execute digital marketing strategies, content creation, and audience engagement across various platforms. You have a strong understanding of social media, email marketing, and content strategy and know how to drive engagement and positive outcomes. You have experience managing email marketing campaigns, blogs, and social media accounts, and are familiar with B2B marketing best practices. You stay up to date on the ever-changing digital landscape and use data-driven insights to improve marketing performance.

Social Media Marketing:
• Create, manage and schedule posts across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
• Monitor trends and suggest creative ways to increase brand awareness.
• Assist in the creation of graphics, videos, and other visual content.
• Conduct interviews with subject matter experts for social media content.
• Travel onsite to film social media content.

Email Marketing:
• Assist in building and sending email campaigns using HubSpot.
• Segment email lists and personalize content to improve engagement.
• Perform QA on each email before it is sent.
• Track and analyze email campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions).

General Marketing Support:
• Assist in creating marketing reports and analyzing campaign performance.
• Help organize and coordinate marketing projects, events, and campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Maintain and update marketing assets, templates, and documentation.

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
· 0-2 years of experience in a marketing, social media, or content creation role (internships and coursework count).
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including email marketing platforms and social media scheduling tools.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
· Experience with Canva or other design tools is a plus.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Experience:
