What does a successful Product Marketing Manager do at Fiserv?

As a Product Marketing Manager at Fiserv, you will be at the forefront of transforming financial services for community banks and credit unions. What You Will Do

  • Design and develop strategic marketing programs in support of key, targeted priorities for products and solutions from Fiserv, including those that empowers the growth of community banks and credit unions.
  • Lead product marketing efforts inclusive of all product and related collateral (sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts, and more) to drive awareness, positioning, and adoption of strategic marketing programs.
  • Collaborate proactively with internal stakeholders in business management, product management, sales, marketing, finance, and account management to develop, execute, and define marketing program strategies, plans, and measurable goals.
  • Coordinate industry and client research, whitepaper, and thought leadership development.
  • Support social media and content marketing efforts, including social listening.
  • Support sales and lead generation efforts.
  • Identify and support the Fiserv presence at Fiserv-hosted and industry tradeshows and events.

What You Will Need To Have

  • 5+ years of experience in designing and developing strategic marketing programs, such as digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and events
  • 5+ years of Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Consumer (B2C) marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience

What Would Be Great To Have

  • 3+ years of experience in creating and managing marketing campaigns in the financial services industry
  • 3+ demonstrable experience in product marketing and innovation

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time and work weekends/evenings, as necessary
