Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Chief Marketing Officer (“CMO”) on both strategic initiatives and administrative needs across the U.S. and globally that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth
. This position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day marketing activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and in alignment with brand standards and business objectives.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working across departments to support project planning, content development, event coordination, and performance tracking. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure to various aspects of marketing within a dynamic and results-driven team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key support resource for the Chief Marketing Officer, managing administrative tasks such as scheduling, web and social media publishing, preparing meeting materials, organizing reports, booking travel, and processing invoices or expense reports.
  • Assist in the execution and tracking of strategic marketing projects, including competitive research, campaign planning, internal communications, and special initiatives.
  • Organize and execute company-wide and department events, including team building, charitable, cultural, and corporate functions.
  • Attend meetings with or on behalf of the CMO, take notes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Create clear, compelling presentations often turning verbal direction or rough concepts into polished executive-level deliverables.
  • Organize and synthesize complex data sets, transforming them into presentable summaries or visual reports for stakeholders.
  • Manage marketing documents, dashboards, content calendars, and campaign trackers.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Help build alignment across teams by supporting the flow of communication between the CMO and key internal partners.
  • Take ownership of smaller projects from start to finish with regular check-ins for direction and alignment.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions, campaign planning, and team innovation efforts.
  • Provide backup support to the broader marketing team and assist with department-wide initiatives as needed.
  • Collaborate with Legal as the primary marketing contact for managing the legal contract management tool.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar support role, ideally in marketing or corporate communications within a corporate environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including expert knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with basic accounting, invoice processing, and contract management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build and leverage relationships in a networked organization.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables in a fast-paced setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while proactively anticipating needs and addressing tasks or challenges, all while contributing effectively as a collaborative team player.
  • A positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to contribute where needed.

Compensation

  • Salary type: Non-Exempt
  • Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
  • Hourly Pay Range: $27.88 – $34.62
  • Annual Bonus: 10%
