The Regional Marketing Specialist is responsible for the coordination and execution of marketing initiatives across Region and Field Operations. This role plays an important part in ensuring alignment between national marketing strategies and local execution, with a focus on clear communication, project tracking, and operational follow-through.

This individual will collaborate closely with the team supporting the Retail Marketing Platform to help drive mid- and lower-funnel marketing efforts. Key responsibilities include compiling and analyzing data related to co-op earnings, dealer media investments, website engagement, and lead performance to inform ongoing efforts.

As part of the broader Regional Marketing team, the Specialist will also engage with cross-functional partners in Sales Planning, Aftersales, and Customer Experience—contributing to a consistent and effective customer journey at the regional level.

Field & Dealer Communications – 20%

  • Compile and coordinate content to support our field teams in their monthly & quarterly planning, as well as field training initiatives.
  • Assist with the development and distribution of dealer-facing communications, including newsletters, notifications, and calls.

Retail Marketing Platform & Relevant Programs – 40%

  • Support Demand Generation & Demand Capture efforts as required by the Region Marketing team.
  • Coordinate all advertising standards activities, including monitoring results, handling exceptions requests and ensuring alignment with program guidelines.
  • Aid in the development of training materials to support region and field knowledge base.

Marketing Analytics – 30%

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of region marketing programs and initiatives, providing timely insights to the Region Marketing team.
  • Compile weekly & monthly insights on relevant marketing programs, including proactive field and dealer recommendations.

Team Support – 10%

  • Provide day-to-day support across the Region Marketing Team, including asset coordination, sales events, product launches, and community engagement efforts.

Education

Qualifications and Other Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience, required.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles — ideally within an automotive retail or regional/field operations environment

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Knowledge of current automotive landscape, trends, and innovations
  • General knowledge of marketing principles and familiarity with the automotive industry, including trends and dealer/franchise operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, professional content for internal and field audiences.
  • Experience building presentations and working collaboratively with teams to develop supporting materials.
  • Proficiency in Office 365, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams, with the ability to organize and communicate information effectively.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, support project coordination, and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data and provide basic insights to inform marketing decisions.

Travel Required – Yes: May be required 1 – 4 times per year

Pay Range

$74,400.00 – $107,850.00
