Key Responsibilities

Public Relations & Communications

  • Develop and oversee localized PR plans with agencies and restaurant teams to drive media coverage.
  • Approve all press materials to ensure brand consistency.
  • Serve as company spokesperson when needed and maintain media relationships.
  • Lead agency and internal PR meetings.

Social Media Management

  • Create and manage localized social media plans to grow engagement and brand presence.
  • Approve monthly content calendars across all platforms.
  • Oversee influencer programs and lead agency coordination meetings.

Graphic Design / Creative

  • Provide creative direction in line with brand guidelines.
  • Final approval of all creative projects.

Digital Marketing

  • Lead all digital marketing efforts including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and 3rd-party platforms (e.g., OpenTable, Yelp, Google).

Director Of Marketing Job Description

  • Analyze digital metrics to optimize paid and organic campaigns, driving engagement and reservations
  • Oversee online reputation; guide restaurant teams in responding to customer feedback
  • Review and approve email newsletters created by the Marketing Manager
  • Collaborate with digital consultant on ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Instagram boosts)
  • Utilize tools like Meta Business Manager, Google Ads/Analytics, WordPress, Asana, MailChimp, Toast, Resy, Cover Manager, etc.
  • Secure domains and social handles for new venues, following brand naming conventions

Photo Shoot / Video Shoot / Content Creation Management

  • In development with the local restaurant team, contract local photographer/videographer and organize photo/video shoot logistics (and social media content creation shoots)
  • Review image selections, provide editing requests to photographer, provide final image approvals
  • Distribute approved content to all parties in need of assets such as wider marketing teams, PR and social media agencies, etc.

Brand Management

  • Oversee all aspects of brand management, ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, brand imagery, and voice across all global markets (Europe, North America, Middle East)
  • Protect and promote the legacy and vision of Chef by translating his culinary philosophy into compelling marketing narratives and storytelling opportunities
  • Lead the development and launch of new brand initiatives, chef and menu activations, and other restaurant promotions

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Director of Marketing or similar senior role in the hospitality, food & beverage, or luxury goods industry
  • Demonstrated experience in brand management for a multi-brand, international company
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, with a track record of measurable results of successful digital campaigns
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in both English and Spanish and previous remote experience.
  • Ability to travel to Lima, Peru where corporate headquarters is located and/or each restaurant location as needed
  • A passion for Peruvian cuisine and a deep respect for culinary tradition and understanding
