Job Summary: iServ is hiring a Marketing Director to execute a dynamic, multi-brand marketing strategy focused on three core initiatives: building a modern, magnetic employer brand for iServ, strengthening Sonny’s BBQ’s local presence through tactical community engagement, and scaling Giovanni’s Pizzeria & Kitchen into a digitally dominant, story-rich brand. This role demands creative leadership, hands-on capability, and a mindset tuned to innovation, measurement, and cross-functional collaboration

Key Responsibilities

Employer Brand Architect (iServ)

  • Drive website upgrades, SEO strategy, and social media (LinkedIn, Instagram) to attract regional talent and humanize the brand.
  • Modernize office branding and onsite communication through digital signage, dashboards, and visual storytelling.
  • Boost internal engagement by integrating social content with communication tools like app alerts and data visualizations.

Local Store Marketing Leader (Sonny’s BBQ)

  • Lead localized campaigns that highlight community connection and store performance across 28+ locations.
  • Oversee creative strategy and execution for traditional media (billboards, radio, TV) with ROI tracking and message rotation.
  • Direct digital presence through Google Business Profiles, localized social channels, and hyperlocal platforms like Nextdoor and Facebook Groups.

Full-Stack Digital Marketer (Giovanni’s)

  • Drive high-volume content strategy (3–4 daily videos) across TikTok, Instagram, X, and Nextdoor, showcasing behind-the-scenes, chef features, and food prep.
  • Lead paid media efforts (Google Ads, Meta, retargeting) with a focus on conversions and continuous optimization.
  • Manage website development and content integration, prioritizing strong UI/UX, API connectivity, and dynamic media.

Data-Driven, Strategically Minded

  • Turn performance metrics into actionable visual reports and dashboards to guide decision-making across brands.
  • Align creative campaigns with real-time sales data, competitive insights, and recovery strategies.
  • Use brand audits (e.g., visual clutter, takeout experience) to inform ongoing refreshes.

Creative Instigator & Cultural Catalyst

  • Inspire and coach others to adopt a fast-paced, high-output creative mindset

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Proactive and self-directed, with a passion for sparking internal engagement and scaling content velocity.
  • Understands the dynamics of franchise/local marketing and how to activate community channels.
  • Demonstrates fluency in both organic and paid social strategy and the ability to scale video-first storytelling.
  • Proven ability to challenge norms and drive bold, boundary-pushing ideas that energize teams and audiences.

Desired Qualifications

  • Restaurant/hospitality experience
  • Experience with employer branding campaigns, especially those spanning digital and physical environments.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools, branding audits, or marketing ops is a plus.
