The Technical Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, positioning SiC foundry services, creating compelling technical content, and supporting customer-facing initiatives. The ideal candidate is both technically fluent in semiconductor processes (preferably SiC) and marketing-savvy, able to translate complex technologies into clear value propositions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain product marketing collateral, including data sheets, white papers, competitive analysis, pitch decks, and website content.
- Collaborate with engineering and business development teams to define product positioning and messaging for SiC process platforms and services.
- Analyze market trends, competitor capabilities, and customer roadmaps to make informed strategic marketing decisions.
- Support customer engagement by preparing technical responses to RFPs/RFIs and customizing collateral for specific use cases.
- Plan and execute participation in trade shows, conferences, and webinars, including technical paper submissions.
- Maintain the product and service roadmap presentation library and ensure consistency across internal and external materials.
- Work cross-functionally to support the launch of new process capabilities or technology nodes.
- Create internal training tools and onboarding materials for sales and account managers
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related technical field (degrees in both Engineering & Marketing a plus).
- 3-6 years of experience in technical marketing, product management, or applications engineering within the semiconductor industry.
- Solid understanding of power devices, wide bandgap technologies, or semiconductor fabrication (SiC a strong plus).
- Proven ability to craft compelling technical messaging and communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM/marketing automation tool skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience with automotive markets is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with ISO/ITAR or other compliance/regulatory frameworks a bonus.
